Wow they have gone down hill bad. Very small portion sizes but yet their prices are high. Their quesadilla was a joke! Won't be going back for a long time 😢

A favorite place of ours. Always friendly, courteous service and great food. A treat for our family from out of town, they love the atmosphere and the chicken fried steak.

Definitely NOT a Mexican restaurant if that's what you're looking for, which we assumed by the name. But pretty good pork chops and CFS, creamy mac&cheese, store bought rolls though. Also, while technically handicap accessible in that there's a ramp, would be immensely more convenient for the door to swing inwards.

Still the best burger in town!!

This was the worst empty restaurant experience I've ever had. Paid 9.99 for the worst baby hamburger I've ever eaten. It was lousy. Seriously don't go. It's disgustingly nasty. Save yourself the trouble and don't go!!! The floors are nasty! The walls are nasty. The bathrooms are nasty. It's a disgusting restaurant. It was empty on a Sunday evening.... that tells you a lot!

I ordered 3 lb of crawfish, potatoes, corn, and mushrooms. At 8 dollars a pound I truly expected better, over cooked crawfish to the point of mush. And to add I say one quarter of the crawfish were straight tale. Service was good.

Very hole in the wall, dive bar atmosphere- HOWEVER, the food was legit! Very good chicken fried steak- hand- breaded and tender. The fajitas were delicious and the catfish was the best we have had outside of New Orleans!

Disgusting place. Wouldn't even consider it a dive bar because at least dive bars are known for good food. Very expensive for low quality food and very small portions. Better off going to a steakhouse for the prices they charge for burgers. Place is just dirty and grungy. You walk in to sticky and dirty floors, you literally hear your shoes sticking to the floor as you walk. Tables were not cleaned and staff just stands around. Place was totally empty. They have the worst mac and cheese I've tasted in my life. Totally disgusting. Go to City Hall or Farmhouse Cafe for better service, food and portions. Stay away from this place.

I had heard about this place by a few colleagues and family members who enjoy eating here quite often. Had not had the chance to try it myself until today- and to my surprise; it was perhaps the best I’ve tried!After hearing that the steak was too-notch, I decided to request mine reverse seared.... simply amusing! Beautiful crust and incredibly flavorful overall.Definitely will be my go-to place for special nights from now on. Very very friendly staff by the way!

Good service and good food, love the grilled porkchops here. Haven’t had something on the menu I don’t like yet, and everything’s reasonably priced. Highly recommend some Oreo pie too, desserts here are great

What a huge disappointment..First.. no tomatoes on a salad that was drowning in ranch.. next. Cold mashed potatoes.. waitress didn't listen. I said onions well done.. instead made hamburger steak like a truck ran over it.. WAY too much nasty brown gravy where you couldn't even find the hamburger steak or that paltry amount of cold potatoes... then waitress argued saying I didn't order onion well done I ordered steak well done. COMPLETE LIE..WILL NEVER RETURN.. WASTE OF MONEY

Very good place to eat. They have the best chicken fried steak and burgers. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. The wait staff is very attentive. Food comes out in timely fashion.

I had the server Angie and she was amazing. I've never had sweet potato fries with brown gravy as she had suggested and they were amazing!!!. She had an amazingly down to earth personality. I wish this was a regular place I would frequent but I live out of town. Don't let the outside modest appearance draw you away this place is a gem and the food actually comes out perfectly as ordered and their specials are very well worth it. Also very close to hotels.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, or from the inside for that matter (looks a little dive-y) but they serve massive portions of food which is both very good and very comforting. Been there twice and was pleased with the food both times. Atmosphere was fairly quiet on an early Sunday evening.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today and it was pretty good. I was worried from the other reviews I saw but im glad I tried it, my food was good and our waitress was nice and attentive!

If you’re looking for cheaper but delicious food. I recommend Bandera Grill. They have different lunch specials everyday and the prices are good and the food is even better!!!

Went into the bathroom and it smelled terrible and there was a dead roach. Should have known then what we were in for. Place was empty thought it was closed when we first walked in. Food was ok but definitely overpriced for the quality. I think it probably is owned by the run down motel next door. Should have skipped it on our road trip... live and learn I guess :/

The place was calm and cool opposed to the extreme heat from outside. I came in around 3:30 with 4 other tables who had just arrived and managed to get my food, which was camarones a la diabla, in a quick 25 minutes. My server, Lisa, was both nice and attentive throughout my stay while juggling other tables as well. Most importantly, the food was great! Made just the way I ordered it and so filling that I had planned to grab dessert, but had to skip out. Add to that the available wifi and this is a place I'd definitely come back to for lunch some time.

This is the place I go to to get my hamburger fix. Their cheese burgers are some of the best in town in my opinion. Service is most of the time good, and reasonably-priced

Great service, even with social distancing and good food. I was craving chicken fried steak and I have never had a bad one here! My husband was even pleasantly surprised with it!

This place is dirty and the staff is rude. Food wasn't anything I would return for. I stayed at the hotel next to the place and tried it twice (since it was walking distance), regret both visits. The place is always empty too, so it seems like all these "good" reviews are staff or family members. Almost looks like a front for a biker gang, the authorities should investigate this place.
